Happy Turkey Day
Yes, it's late but still Thanksgiving, and it's never too late to send a Happy Thanksgiving greeting. So even though our beloved Detroit Lions lost their annual Thanksgiving game, it was still a great holiday. DVD has a lot to be thankful for, and I hope that everyone who celebrates the holiday had a wonderful day. No photo of a roasted turkey, but here's one of the homemade apple pie that was our dessert for today.

Well I can see you are following a Frank family tradition of baking homemade family deserts.
ReplyDeleteI too watched the Lions game to see how they snatched the game out of the jaws of victory. Some at the gathering said it was the Lions 10th consecutive Thanksgiving day loss. Well we'll have to wait till next year to see if they can break the habit.
Pie was delicious! And you're right here we go again waiting till next year :(
