2022 End Gun Violence March - Detroit
On June 4th, the Church of the Messiah in the Islandview neighborhood (lower eastside) of Detroit sponsored a march to end gun violence. The event started with a press conference with city and state officials. After the conference, community members marched through the streets to support an end to the senseless gun violence in our city and country. The route was through the Islandview and West Village neighborhoods.

Participants were encouraged to wear orange as a show of support for victims of gun violence. We need to find a way to stop the horrible gun violence in our country. Visit Everytown.org and take action.
